Send and Download Your Invoice
With just one click, you can send your invoice to your customer's email, or download it and send it to them using any medium of your choice. We strongly advise using the Send invoice feature to take advantage of our robust emailing system.
Send the invoice to your customer and track its status in the Invoices section, which will display as Awaiting payment. This status remains until you generate a receipt for the invoice. When generating a receipt, link the invoice and specify whether the customer made a full or partial payment. If you generate a receipt for the full payment, the invoice status updates to Completed. For partial payments, the status changes to Partial payment.
Note: If you don't want to send or download the invoice now, you can still send or download it later from the document details section of the invoice.
Download Your Invoice
Click on Download as PDF to download your invoice. Depending on your network, this process might take a while, so please be patient. Once successful, you will see a download notification in your browser, and the invoice will be available on your device or desktop.
Sending Invoice to Your Customer
Enter your customer’s email address if not already populated, and click Send Invoice to email the invoice directly to your customer.
Click on View document to see the just created document or click Go to the dashboard to exit the page and return to your dashboard.
You will receive an email confirming the successful sending of your invoice.
Your customer will receive an email confirming that you have sent them an invoice.
