Managing Invoice Status

In Digit-Tally, the status of your invoices is updated based on the payment activity which is manually inputted by a user. The app tracks changes to an invoice's status depending on whether full or partial payment has been made. Here’s how it works:

  • Awaiting Payment: This status is assigned when an invoice is issued but no payment has been received yet.

  • Partially Paid: When a customer makes a partial payment on an invoice, the status updates to Partially Paid. The app will continue tracking any outstanding balance.

  • Completed: Once the full payment is received for the invoice, the status updates to Completed, indicating that the payment process is finalised, and no further action is required.
