Onboarding Setup

Enter your business details

Complete your profile by adding your business details, including your business name, industry, role, business duration, and business description, then click on the Next button.

Please note that you must complete your profile on the Settings page before you can create an invoice. This step is important for ensuring your business information is correctly reflected in all financial documents.

We recommend completing this setup now to ensure a smooth process and enable you to create invoices immediately without any interruptions.

Add a Contact Details

After completing your profile, a new page will prompt you to enter your business address and contact information.

You can skip this step for now and still proceed to create an invoice. However, you won’t be able to return to this page later; you’ll need to fill in these details on the Settings page.

While optional, providing your business address and contact details now ensures all your invoices and documents are fully prepared with accurate information, saving you time later.

Add a Bank Account

During onboarding, you’ll be prompted to add a bank account to manage your transactions and payments.

  1. Click on the Currency field to choose the currency you’ll be conducting business with. This selection is crucial as it determines the banking options and fields you’ll need to enter. Carefully input and double-check your bank account information, as this is the account customers will use for payments. Ensure accuracy to avoid payment delays or issues.

  2. If you choose NGN as your currency and enter your Account Number, the Account Name field will be automatically populated based on your profile details. You’ll only need to enter:

    • Bank Name
    • Account Number
  3. For all other currencies, you must manually enter your bank name. Different fields will appear based on the currency selected:

    • USD (US Dollar): Account Name, Account Number, and Routing Number.
    • AED (UAE Dirham): Account Name, IBAN, and Swift Code.
    • EUR (Euro): Account Name, IBAN, and BIC.
    • GBP (British Pound): Account Name, Sort Code, and Account Number.
  4. Input your bank account information carefully. Double-check these details because this is the account your customers will use to make payments.

  5. Once your bank account is added and all details are confirmed accurate, click Next to button to upload your business logo.
